Securely place the items in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.

Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier station within Malaysia.

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
